Art is an extension of your thoughts shaped by your technical skill... I refuse to accept something that's created but have not given thought about it nor the skill to define it.

Sure you can break the rules, but you have to know the rule that you're breaking. And if you created something even you can't describe in a short statement (preferably one word), then what you've created is not an art but just any other thing.
