I don't smoke, and yet I have many friends who do. It's never bothered me in the slightest. The recent bans on smoking in public and in restraunts/bars are disgusting because they take choices away from the owner of the establish and place them squarely in the hands of the government. No thank you.

No, that's extremely unconstitutional.
I don't smoke, and I wouldn't date a smoker... I actually think tobacco is gross. To tell an adult that they can't smoke a cigarette just seems wrong to me though.

Legalise pot. Put it in the mainstream so people have a less damaging alternative to tobacco. And anyone can grow it, so it's cheaper. If it's in the mainstream the genuine hazards of smoking pot would be socially accepted instead of this "it puts holes in your brain and makes you think you can fly" bullshit

Smoking isnt good, but then neither is alcohol, cars and all that stuff.
People still drive.
People still drink.
