The first thing I noticed about this photo was the color of the leaves on the tree. What a gorgeous shade of orange, especially with the lighting! I would even go as far as suggesting you play around with split-toning to emphasize the lighting. And, the orange tree looks wonderful when contrasted against the color of the sky.
For the most part, I love the composition since you've used the rule of thirds and it compliments this photo nicely. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that you cut off the top of the tree on the left a bit. This is just my opinion, but I wouldn't mind seeing a slightly zoomed out version of this photo where you still followed the rule of thirds, but the side of the orange tree wasn't cropped off.
My biggest problem with this photo is the originality. Photos like these have been taken many times before, so it's really nothing interesting to look at. However, this looks like a great location to take photos, so I wouldn't mind seeing more. I suggest going back and taking more photos while playing around with your angles and composition to see how many various perspectives you can create.
