This is a really beautiful image. You can see the real stress in your forehead, as in "No! Go away!" or something of that sort. The red shade on the bandaids is good, but the rest looks like hazelnut chocolate. The ares it is in is good, especially around the eyes, where you can see tons of blood, indicating that you have been fussing about your eyes a lot.

This image would have been better if you didn't add blood in the middle of the neck and the mouth. The point of the image is to emphasize on the eyes, blood filling out of your mouth would distract it.

I love the background. It seems as if you are appearing or disappearing into a deep shadow. Lovely image in general.

I like the concept =)
Although, it kinda looks like the person in the photo had wiped the blood on the back of her knuckles before wrapping her fingers in cloth and pressing them against the eyes...was that intentional?
