This is a consummate piece of Natures Beauty dancing with the Machines of Men. Viewers who have been close to trains, or listened off into the distance as they have passed thru the periphery, hear the sound of this train rushing thru the forest. Really excellent visceral composition, with keen sense of the colors of Autumn.
Was it just the fortunate timing of the shot, or the intelligent planning to get train car with a door open, either way, it works in a powerful way.
The beauty of the natural stage has a strong contrast with the dark impenetrable sight of the darkness travel in the rail car.
Powerful symbolism for the effects of mans path thru nature.

Going through " Most popular deviations in Photography submitted in the last 24 hours" on 120 deviants per page, this was the only image to jump of the screen and grab my attention, I simply love it!
The shutter speed perfectly captures the motion of the train, but not too long to over do it. The colours are also "retro" looking to me, and it goes very well.
There is not much really I can say, you can see it all for yourself, the leaves, the motion of the train, the retro feel and the bright part where the train is heading. It is perfect!
