The lighting works well and I like that your more prominent features are off center and lower in the frame than in the other close up you posted recently. I forget the name, the one with the film strip. However, your mouth should be either higher or lower in the frame than it is currently. It is almost centered and that leaves your nose as the place that draws the most attention.

You could re crop the photo to put your lips in the top or the bottom third, but the top would lose most of the hat, which I think you want to keep, and the bottom might make the image look squashed as it will remove too much of the neck. A good shot over all, but with a little tweaking, it could be stunning.
